    What a lovely hotel! Front desk staff were friendly and caring. Very responsive to customer needs. Breakfast was wonderful. Room beautiful, well cleaned, had every comfort of home. Walking distance to French Quarter and Canal Street street car. I had a great time in a great hotel and city!

    Our family travels a lot, and this is the first time we have ever stayed at a Staybridge Suites.

    We specifically selected this hotel because it is very close to the New Orleans Cruise Terminal.

    So well worth the money! Rooms were huge and designed well. We loved access to the free full size washers and dryers. Even the configuration between hotel rooms and hall design. The New Orleans Hotel is great and located in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

    I have over a million IHG reward points, and I tend to not bother with individual hotel reviews unless they are great or terrible. I stay at IHG properties because I can expect good to great experiences.

    This experience was so terrible I have to mention it. Parking is in a very odd garage, Most of the spots say "RESERVED" and when you talk to the front desk they tell you "Just park anywhere"

    Front desk booked a dinner cruise but neglected to provide the receipt. Cruise told me that the Staybridge .did that often and insisted on full payment.

    Toilet blocked and had to report it to maintenance (yes they fixed it quickly)

    They stuck me next to the gym and I was woken at the crack of dawn to grunting and free weights crashing. I complained but was not moved.

    Simply put..... we left a day early. If not for one desk person (Monique) they would have gotten an even lower rating. This is the kind of hotel you send your mother in law to.

    Great Hotel w/Excellent Staff

    Beautiful hotel conveniently located close to the waterfront and Bourbon Street; tons of restaurants and bars are nearby. Staff is friendly and efficient. Amenities are fantastic. Can't say enough good things about my experience at StayBridge Suites New Orleans French Qtr/Downtown. And this hotel is pet friendly! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
