When the staff knew my daughter was not well they sent a bottle of wine and nuts for her she was very impressed and always enquire how she was doing . Beds were so comfortable and I loved the [More] pillows I meant to ask if I could buy one but too busy looking after my girl . All staff were very nice [Less]
A positive in a disappointing weekend

I was in Melbourne for the F1 that was unfortunately cancelled due to the Covid-19 epidemic I landed at the airport with heavy rain beating down, this further depressed my mood as only a few hours [More] before I was enjoying the sun in Newcastle, after a relatively short Skybus ride I arrived and checked in. Staff, rooms, food and beer were all spot on and the hotel provided a perfect base for exploring Melbourne. I will be back for the F1 and this hotel will be my first choice! [Less]
