Very quiet. No microwave so no evening cup of tea. Mattress was too soft.

This was my first time staying at this brand of hotel! It was great and the beds were so comfortable. Clean and nice staff. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again myself.
Accessibility issues

I booked a room specifically with a roll- in ADA shower. When I called to tell the hotel that we would be a late check-in I found that our reservation had been changed to a standard, non-accessible room. As I was traveling to a place that did not have shower facilities the roll in shower was a primary importance. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the reservation agents trying to correct this while I was supposed to be having dinner in Portland. I thought I had it resolved only to arrive at our destination in Eugene to find a bathroom facility that did not have a roll in shower. We were credited half of our cost as compensation, but it was extremely disappointing.

We totally enjoyed this hotel and will stay there again when we are back in Eugene
My only issue was the fantastic mattress was developing the dreaded sink hole which bothered my back a little. Not unheard of with any mattress.

Great value, very clean, amazing staff. Pool, hot tab, play room. Comfortable bed. Large size rooms. Close to everything, quote place and plenary to do. I wish restaurant and bar were open later but closes at 10

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. I felt very safe and it was in a great location!
