With the below exceptions, service is fair: valet, concierge, hotel staff.
A few problems, most then related to the age of the building I think: room appearance, wi-fi doesn't work
properly, lack of beach chairs as many are broken.
The real problem is the service at the restaurant: breakfast is fair although lunch/dinner very poor. Staff are unprepared, young team with a huge lack of profesionalism.
No service at the pool.
