Featured Santiago Hotels

Make yourself at home in one of our Santiago hotels, close to the historic center and the Plaza de Armas. Discover Santiago's grand colonial architecture, museums spotlighting indigenous cultures and city peaks with Andean views.

It's an easy ride from our hotels in Santiago to the monumental Plaza de Armas, where the ornate National History Museum delivers you back to the Spanish conquest. Nearby sits Santiago's colonial showpiece, the red-hued Casa Colorada. Our Santiago hotels are close to the neoclassical Palacio de Bellas Artes, housing Chilean and international art and topped by a huge glass cupola. Visit the Chilean Museum of Pre-Columbian Art for insight into the ancient Inca, Maya and Aztec cultures-most museums are free on Sunday. The palm-fringed gardens atop Santiago's twin peaks, Cerro Santa Lucía and Cerro San Cristóbal, afford far-reaching views over the city to the snow-capped Andes beyond.

Do as the locals do and make lunch your main meal with a fixed-price menú del día. In the historic center, pedestrianized streets like Paseo Ahumada and Paseo Huérfanos are filled with picadas-tiny family-run eateries serving affordable Chilean fare. Dishes like creamy caldillo de congrio fish soup and crumbly empanadas (stuffed pastries) are polished off with the zesty Chilean national drink, pisco sour. Our Santiago hotels are close to Mercado Central, a 19th-century wrought-iron market hall brimming with good-value marisquerías (seafood stands). For something more stylish, head to the alfresco restaurants in the Lastarría neighborhood. You can dine on global flavors in boho-chic Bellavista before partying in one of the neighborhood's artsy café-bars.

Book a room in our Holiday Inn® Santiago hotels in January for the soulful rhythms of the Providencia International Jazz Festival or in July for the folkloric processions and street parties at the Feast Day of the Virgen del Carmen.

Hotel was ok... Decent location, good breakfast buffet. Rooms were somewhat worn and dated, especially for the brand. Charged extra to check-in before 3pm, at a rate that seemed excessive. [Less]

I only had a short stay (two nights) and the weather wasn't great (cold and wet). It was my first visit to Santiago and I saw enough to think I will go back there fore leisure visit sometime in the [More] next year. Hotel was good; comfortable, quiet, breakfast was good, and the location also good. [Less]
Excellent location

This hotel was conveniently located to my conference and business meetings. You can just walk to several attractions in Santiago. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and very [More] respectfull. Other than fhe first and second floors, this hotel is crying for some serious renovations, e.g. carpets, rest area. It was a bit overpriced if I compar it to similar facilities in North America. Convenient Location

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again I was impressed by the hotel room. It met all my wife and my expectations and was very comfortable. The location was close to my [More] work and to good quality restaurants, bars and sights. The views from the room were wonderful. We were only disappointed with the breakfast staff who although there were a number of them did very little. Overall an excellent stay and we will return on future visits to Santiago. [Less]
