Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good service and great value for money We stayed at Holiday Inn during our last visit to Gent because we didn't have time to visit the city on the next mornig, otherwise we would have chosen a city center hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed somewhat too soft for me but perfect for my wife. Breakfast was just closing when we arrived but they left it open for 15 minutes especially for us. The only negative point is the dreadful situation of the access to the hotel. Even our family that came to pick us up and that lived in Gent had troubles finding the parking due to the ever changing situation as a result of the works to improve the road. I hope this will end soon and the final solution will be a lot better than the actual. November 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good business hotel Located next to the exhibition centre away from the city centre. There is also some redevelopment going on in the area. Getting there by car is a bit complicated as you go round in circles but there is a tram stop a short walk away taking you to the train station. This is a better option than the car. Had a good room and the restaurant meal was excellent. November 15, 2015

Je voyage énormément et je fais souvent cette demande en fonction de mes départs. C'est bien la première fois que l'on me demande de payer un supplément pour ce motif quelque soit la chaine d'hotel. A préciser que le personnel de réception était loin d'être d'une grande amabilité. November 4, 2015

Other than that its a good location for the Gent area. They could do with looking at the road lay out as it is a little tricky accessing the hotel. October 26, 2015
