Was really looking forward to the stay as we were meeting family members at this hotel. We had seen really nice reviews which made our choosing this hotel easier.
Checking in seemed a bit of a
challenge for the afternoon desk staff. Seemed that they were more concerned with chatting us up, rather than making sure everything was accurate. Found this to be true with our relatives as well.
Our room was 55° when we entered ( it was 35° outside). We turned on the heat and noticed a LOT of cold air coming in through the heater. Long story short, the evening desk staff managed to get us a different room, 2 doors down, with a properly functioning heater. (Not sure how the ‘wall heaters’ were supposed to help out in our comfort)
After the first day of three, and 2 nights, everything was perfect.
I should also like to request that the management for ALL YOUR HOTELS be allowed to make arrangements with the local soup kitchens, and community homeless programs so that ZERO FOOD is wasted and thrown away. It is an abomination that even a single piece of food is thrown away! [Less]
