Check in was easy and I was recognized as a Gold Elite member.
The room was in good shape, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were still in good shape. There could be more outlets next to the
bed with charging stations in them. Adding microwaves and mini refrigerators in the rooms would be helpful.
The bathroom was dimly lit, even though all bulbs were working. The amenities were good, plenty of towels and the water pressure was excellent. The housekeeping crew did an excellent job every day.
The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs or premade cheese omelettes, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy. The usual continental breakfast items and fruit juices and milk. They had a pancake machine, but I never saw it in operation.
When I checked out the final bill was higher than the rate I reserved and I had not charged anything to the room. The clerk when I checked out took the information from the charged bill and the reserved rate and told me the day manager wouldn't be in that day, but would bring it to his attention the next day. After 3 days I saw no action and I emailed the hotel and the issue was immediately resolved.
The only maintenance issue was when one of the elevators got stuck on the 4th floor. Fortunately the elevator was stuck at the 4th floor and the open door button worked. The other elevator was operational and was able to go to the lobby to report the stuck elevator to the front desk clerk. [Less]
