The hotel was perfect for my needs on 4-14-19. But the reason for this review is to tell you that I appreciate Cyndi. She took care of my check-in very efficiently and with hospitality. Upon giving
me the keys and info card regarding my stay, she thanked me for being a long time IHG member and to give me my current point balance. However, when she mentioned the point balance I was alerted that there was a problem with the total. When I questioned it, she double checked it and told me the same amount. This lead me to investigate and I have since gotten the issue resolved. (I do hope your fraud division is able to recapture the lost points.) Lastly, upon my departure, Cyndi was again at the front desk and I thanked her for the "heads up" regarding my points. He was glad to have helped and hoped for the rest of my day would be great. I informed her that I would be back in a couple weeks for another stay on my trip back south from New York, so she quickly double checked to make sure that the stay was still logged and ready... which it was. This was another nice gesture on her part to make me feel glad that I am a long time IHG member.
One more thing... I encountered three of the housekeeping staff just after my check in and all of them were friendly and pleasant. I can't recount their names. This hotel location has my approval and appreciation. [Less]
