Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great stay! Hotel was well maintained in and outside of the facility. All of the hotel staff was very helpful and nice. But a big shoutout to Elizabeth at the front desk who was awesome! The room was quite nice. I would come back and stay at this hotel again in the future. May 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad night in Chicago at Midway I arrived at the hotel and was told that I had to pay for parking. I asked if Platinum Status counts toward free parking and the desk clerk said yes. Well I am Platinum and she would not believe me even with my membership card, my membership number etc. I was sent to a room that was not what I requested then upgraded then found out there was a broker refrigerator then sent to a room with a broken phone. I finally got a room after all this and the attitude of the front desk person was contempt for me and she had such an attitude with body language and voice. I have stayed at this hotel before but will never again. No offer of apologies no recognition that I am a Platinum, no offer to make my inconvenience right. Just attitude and contempt. My stay was on April 24th. April 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Information Overall, I would say a 6. Just wasnt exactly the stay I was hoping for. They gave bad directions, and information and when called down to front desk they rushed me off phone. Payment was not exactly explained and confusion set in. April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great experience!! We were coming to Chicago for a math competition and nerves were running high, but the staff and the rooms were awesome! We were comfortable, relaxed and prepared when we headed out to the competition. The breakfast was filling and had enough protein to sustain us for most of the day. Us parents loved the coffee, and that there was plenty of it! Your customer service staff even helped us with directions and a place to eat Saturday night. I don't know that we would have had such a great experience if it weren't for the staff! Thank you for hosting us for such a wonderful weekend. This was our only vacation this year, and we are glad to have had it gone as smoothly as it did! April 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and room I stayed at this hotel waiting for a flight. The room was really clean. The bathroom floor was new and really comfortable, no slippery cold tile. The staff was great. We had a long wait for our flight; since midway doesn't hold luggage the hotel held it for us. The desk staff was great at explaining the public transportation system and we were able to visit downtown Chicago very easily. This hotel is everything you would expect a holiday in express to be, would definitely stay here again. April 23, 2015
