Big room but no microwave

Room was quite large. King size bed was very comfortable and large. Small amount of black mold in the shower.

Poor service, no supervision.
Employees not qualify to work in hospitality. They do the least effort possible. It was a nightmare

Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, good shower, friendly staff

Unfortunately no powet beacause of the severe thunder storm , not the Hotel fault . We are visiting from Canada cor my daughter's wedding , uncortunately we did not had a good a rest , but Hotel could have transfsr there guest to other hotel or motel , its a major storm , power will not resilve right away , so instead of 2 nigjts we only stay 1 night

Hard to find. You have to turn in by the Dunks. And the sign is buried in a bush next to a defunct Friendly’s. Side note: if you can make the left turn, there’s a really good Indian place in the plaza next door.

Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Not a fan of soap and shampoo dispensers (prefer individual bottles that aren't shared with other guests). Could use more towels. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The AC system was great. Location sucks but that's not the hotel's fault.

Boogers on curtain and bathroom shower, as well as used razor / body hair in shower upon arrival. Could hear someone coughing a lot thru the ceiling at night. Great breakfast, OK pillows, got comfortable sleep. Good location and price. Woke up to a weird phone call from another guest - each of us thought the other was the front desk, confusing and had to go half awake to front desk to confirm we didn't need to leave / were still in the correct room. I'm a dude with facial hair and one front desk person kept calling me miss and she even after correction - super weird.
Overall not my favorite hotel experience, but my wife and I still had a good time visiting friends and the beach.

Stopped for the night on the way to Maine. Easy to reach from the interstate, comfortable beds, and very quiet - no hallway noise! Breakfast was hot, with good variety and flavor. Nothing like bacon to start the day! Coffee was good as well. This place will be on my list to stay when I'm back up this way.

Upon arrival, the room was ready and easy to access, even at the front desk so quick and kind. The parking is available and safe, not far from shopping centers and the gym space was also clean and accessible

The property was acceptably clean, and quite passable. The problem was - and I'm sure it still is - the property has 5 floors, and one elevator was out of service the entire time we were there. The hotel was full every night, so this created a traffic jam. especially in the morning when the housekeeping staff was using the only functioning elevator as well. We also had a non-functioning ice machine on our floor. This meant waiting on the elevator yet again, so I could go to another floor to get ice. I understand the property needs to make a profit, but deferred maintenance is not something one expects in an IHG location.
