如題,要記得訂位先有得食。
會每星期都轉餐牌,可以每個月頭係官網睇到該月餐牌。
有好好食的燒腩仔、豬柳係午市半自助餐限定,星期六日及公眾假期任食海鮮係長FULL,唔好唸住訂左酒店就一定有得食,要分開訂位!
食唔到意大利餐廳去對面飲茶都唔錯,最鍾意外賣自取上房對住海食(。・ω・。)ノ♡

1. 登記入住時,櫃枱男職員回應技巧差:當天本人反映輪候登記時間頗長,男職員竟推卻叫客人以後自己提早登記!
(協助客人盡快登記,是酒店的工作,叫客人自己解決問題,豈有如此道理!)

2. 預訂自助早餐。櫃枱男職員又向客人強調:如過了所定的進餐時段,餐廳是會「趕」客人走的!
(嘩!未入往,已向客人擺出如此強硬作風,客人悅快心情一掃而空啦!)

3. 泳池輪候。要客人排隊先到先入的政策,簡直最失敗,與其要客人早一小時在外輪候,為何不設按金預約等等的方法!(要排一個鐘先入到這個無甚賣點的泳池~失敗~)

4. 最先分配的房間,竟在窗枱發現「飯粒」。(嘩!農曆七月,做完法事呀~)

5. 未知 貴酒店公關收到上述意見,會否又當垃圾文章處理?

I hoped to happily celebrate my birthday so my whole family came and we occupied three hotel rooms. It was quite disappointing because nothing good about the hotel could be told. I used to be a frequent traveler and I am a lifetime platinum elite of a prestigious hotel chain. I also had extensive experiences in staying in many others hotels, either prestigious or not so prestigious. I know, therefore, very well what good hotel services or bad services are. This stay (began on Aug 28), according to my experience, was a disappointed one. Also, the lunch on Aug 29 in the hotel's Chinese Restaurant was quite unacceptable.
