A weird issue that got different responses!

First - Make no doubt this is a beautiful property in a primo location. They also allowed me to check in early which I greatly appreciated. Upon checking in, I got one of just a few rooms with a small "deck" which was VERY nice....but an hour after checking in, water starts pouring in onto our deck and it was not raining outside. So..we called the desk and was told a technician would be there soon. Well..45 minutes later he showed up, came into the room and just looked out and said "Wow...I've never seen that before" and left. After an hour, the water was still pouring on to the deck. Was it toxic waste...?? Was it HVAC contaminants..? My wife is in environmental work and was unsettled by it, so we call again. This time an assistant Manager shows up. She comes in the room....Looks at it, and basically says she has "no idea" what it is. Now the "rain" is still coming down 2 hours later so this time we call for the G.M.. He tells us that the 11th floor is "flooding" and is working on the problem. Well..O.K...I can understand that. So now I got to a meeting at the hotel and a friend who is on a floor above me said that his window was being covered in water. He told me that he called about it and was told that it was a window washer.....well...why couldn't you have told me that in the first place..?? On a side note, please tell the front desk folks not to refer to women as "sweetie" when we are paying a substantial sum at your facility. It's just not appropriate. I will also add that when I go to your coffee shop and there are only two other guests in there at 11am in the morning, don't make me wait 15 minutes to be greeted so I can order an $8.00 diet coke and a $9.00 coffee....or make me have to go looking for someone when I am ready to pay my bill. Just a suggestion.
