Featured Colorado Springs Hotels

Make yourself at home in our Holiday Inn Express® hotels in Colorado Springs. You're just a quick drive from the summit of snow-capped Pikes Peak and sweeping Rocky Mountain vistas.

Take the Cog Railway for the slow, clinking ascent to the top of Pikes Peak. The incline train jolts to a stop at the windy summit, taking in views of the Rockies to the west and Colorado Springs below. Our hotels in Colorado Springs are near the fiery red-rock formations of Garden of the Gods, where hikers scramble over rocky crests and pass Indian paintbrush blooming along the park's trails. The best time to explore these trails is at dawn, after a good night's sleep at our Colorado Springs hotels, when the rocks glow orange and red in the morning sun. Colorado Springs' history was shaped by the Native Americans, gold miners, and railroaders who settled here. Their story is told in the Pioneers Museum, a collection of artifacts ranging from decorative Native pottery to hand-stitched quilts; admission is always free.

Watch the sun dip behind the towering mountains at dusk from the Phantom Canyon Brewery while you sip a cold microbrew. Make your way downtown for dinner, where cozy granite fireplaces take the chill out of the cool mountain air and antler chandeliers cast a golden glow. Just minutes from our Colorado Springs hotels, grilled elk steaks and bison burgers satisfy hungry patrons clad in blue jeans and the occasional cowboy hat. Follow the locals' lead and stomp out a two-step on downtown dance floors, where live country-western musicians jam on fiddles and banjos.

Stay in our Holiday Inn hotels in Colorado Springs for a genuine taste of the American West, from a ride to the top of the Rockies to a twirl on the city's lively dance floors.

Great service, great view and great staff
By Neally64
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Colorado Springs Airport for almost 2 weeks. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful especially Britney at the front desk. I previously saw negative comments about [More] the restaurant and service in the restaurant. Renee the Restaurant Manager was outstanding and constantly checking in on the restaurant and customers. Lexy the server was very attentive and efficient and always had a nice smile for you when serving you. Lisa the bartender was also excellent, fast and always nice to all the customers. The thing that really surprised me about the restaurant was the food. I never would have thought that I could get good Salmon in Colorado but I have to say it can compete with any place on the east coast at a much better price! The salmon and the salmon sandwich were outstanding. I did not get one meal that I didn't like and I'm not sure who the cook was but she makes a soup that will compete with my moms! Don't tell my mom I said that. The service was always fast and my only complaint is that the breakfast is a little expensive. Folks on business travel don't want to have to pay a lot for breakfast especially when other places will include it in their price for the stay. That being said, I loved every moment of my stay at the Holiday Inn for 2 weeks and if you ever get a chance to sit outside and have a drink and stare at the mountains, I highly recommend it! [Less]

Jessica was [More] very helpful and provided me with the information I required. This was the 3rd time I have stayed at this property in the last year and have not been disappointed on any occasion. Springs in the snow

I found a comfortable room close to where I was working in the Springs. I made my reservations on line as the weather began to get worse. My room was ready when I arrived at 9:30 in the evening. [Less]
