Top Rated Tokyo Hotels

Great rooms and outstanding staff
By Rothmen1
The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Upon arrival we were greeted by welcoming staff and the manager who escorted us to our room directly, I cant say enough about the hotel and [More] the staff. The food was delightful and the service was exceptional. We had champagne and little delights in our room when we arrived and a late afternoon cruise of the bay prior to leaving.. small details left a lasting impression. [Less]
Amazing birthday weekend vacation!
By Paul
One of the best hotels that we have stayed at while living in Japan! Beautiful suite amenities and gracious hotel staff will make the stay. Our host Nana-San went above and beyond to ensure we were [More] happy with our room and checked on us throughout our stay. Excellent!! [Less]
Morning sunshine
By Moomin
My room faced east. The morning sun beamed into the room, and room temperature rose up higher and higher. The lowest temperature of air conditioner was 19 degrees centigrade. It was useless. When I [More] opened the window, it had no effect, either. Other than that, it was great experience and I recommend your hotel to my friends. [Less]

All the staff is great!
By Jake
One of the things I remember when I used a restaurant for a breakfast is about one of the staff named Lemon. He's very kind, approachable, and proactively going around and checking the customers they [More] need. One thing can be done better is When I used the gym, I noticed the alcohol wipes are out of stock. I was hoping it will be refreshed the next day but was not. I could not wipe the equipment before and after use. But I understand that the hotel may have low resources. [Less]
Memorable experience at Tokyo Bay
By paddy1967
We stayed three nights in this wonderful hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's in a fabulous location in downtown Tokyo: everything is easily accessible with great transport [More] links. I would recommend booking a room overlooking Tokyo Bay - it's such a sweeping and impressive view, really worth it. The room we had was extremely comfortable and very clean. There's such a great choice of restaurants, six, and the food in the two we tried was truly amazing. The extremely informative and helpful Concierge page on the hotel website is essential reading. We tried the recommended Daiwa Sushi in the Toyosu Market, one of the many small seafood restaurants there offering the "freshest breakfast sushi imaginable". Sublime. All the staff with whom we dealt with were extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other visitors and look forward to returning. [Less]
Best Night in Tokyo
By Steven
As a Platinum Elite, I was upgraded from a Deluxe Room to Executive Room. The staff made sure I was aware the Deluxe was newly renovated when making my decision to upgrade. After receiving my welcome [More] drink, I was awed by the view from my room. The bed was extremely comfortable with incredible linens providing a restful night after a long day of travel. Intercontinental Tokyo was taking the best steps to protect guests from the spread of COVID-19. Even though the free shuttles were not running during that time (COVID-19 and holiday), the staff provided directions and information for the best routes and trains to get to Narita Airport. [Less]
長時間滞在プランがあると嬉しいです
By slateblue
[Less]
