Once you get checked in everything is great until you go to check out.
Checking in can be a great ordeal. This hotel is constantly changing front desk clerks. Apparently there is no training before
they put them out in the public. I think the only training they get is OJB because the last two times I stayed there the clerk was clueless. Then the check-out comes, my bill is never right. I am always charged more than what my reservation was for. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS? BECAUSE I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY AT THE NEXT TIME.
It's not that I don't like this hotel, but enough is enough between new staff and being charged wrong amounts constantly. [Less]
