Good hotel with a fair price The front desk staff was very friendly upon check in. The guest room even had a ceiling fan in it Parking lot was kinda small and full at the time of check in.[Less]
Very friendly staff.
I always stay at the Clack Street location as the reception staff, cleaning and food service staff have always be very courteous and very responsive to requests. Their customer care service is beyond[More] reproach.[Less]
Excellent overall service
Excellent customer service - front desk personnel were very courteous and service oriented. Breakfast was on target.[Less]
Clean friendly people amazing place quiet and very friendly staff[Less]
Good hotel, decent staff
Clean rooms. They allowed me to get late checkout. Only issue was no one immediately available to check me in when I arrived.[Less]
Parking lot nightmare
Be careful where you park in this parking lot. There is only one entrance/exit isle to the last row of vehicles. If you are a contractor and have a trailer or a large Penske truck, you will find[More] yourself boxed in in the morning with no route of escape. I recommend that they remove the 4 parking spaces on the middle isles of the south side of the lot to allow for easy access.[Less]
Easy to access, good value
The hotel smelled clean uon check-in, our keys were ready and waiting for us. The room was nice and large and obviously new. The bathroom could use some improvement. It wasn't as clean as it should[More] have been, and the water pressure in the shower is terrible. But the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would recommend, and will visit again.[Less]
