I really enjoy staying in Holiday Inn Express - Cambridge. Good location near the T green line, nice staff, and comfortable room. I would highly recommend here to anyone who plan to visit Boston.

Stayed there 3 times and every time is an issue with hot water...this time was no different. No shower!! In addition elevator was broken and a sign was posted directing to the stairwell....my room was on 6th floor!! With luggage?! What are they thinking?

Good location - walkable to Kendall Sq, Galleria, T stop near by; near fast food or supermarket (Star), Marshall's and drug and liquor stores.
Good breakfast. Many, if not all, rooms renovated. Free parking!!!

This hotel needs to revamp the parking situation. Parking is based on a first come, first serve. It makes you feel like once you check-in, don't move your car until you have completed your stay at the hotel. They have a parking overflow parking lot which is across the street, how safe is that? Don't forget anything in your car because it will be a hassle going to get it.

The front desk staff seemed incompetent as our group booked a series of rooms. They gave one room to a guest that was paid for by another guest (both members of our group). Rather than just assign a new room to the last guest to arrive, they made the guest with the wrong room, move into a different room and the last guest to assume the room that had been stayed in for several hours. All without a cleaning. There is no reason why a room swap could not of occurred in the computer so that room shuffling did not have to happen.
Other than that, the rooms were nicely appointed, cost was reasonable, and location to the mall and MIT was wonderful.

the fact that this hotel had parking was huge. Parking is such a drag in Boston. The front desk staff was terrific. Very helpful with locating a great restaurant and overall very pleasant.
