Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My Experience This is a good quality inn; poor parking facility in a very crowded area of Boston. Staff is very friendly and competent. A high rise facility with ONLY one elevator working at very slow capacity. LONG waits to get to room especially when maids are cleaning. So I would rate this facility less than normal quality due to poor parking, POOR elevator service and a heavy traffic area of Boston. September 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay I needed a hotel that was a good value, and close to American Repertory Theatre. This met those needs. The check in staff was excellent! They took care of getting me a cab to the theatre that night, as well as having one for me the next morning. I didn't stay here long, but my time here was excellent and if I return to Cambridge for another theatre experience, I'll certainly stay here. September 28, 2015

Das inkludierte Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Einzig nervig war , dass einer von zwei Aufzügen während des gesamten Aufenthaltes ausser Betrieb war und dadurch ein großer Andrang um einen freien Platz in dem sehr langsamen Lift war. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk staff lack basic hospitality and guest service The front desk changed my reservation into a different room type and argued with me. I contacted IHG and they agreed that my room type had been changed without authorization. Completely unfriendly, unprofessional, and unacceptable. No apologies or service recovery points were/have been given. The housekeeper however, was courteous and polite when we asked for no room service but extra towels. Breakfast only served scrambled eggs and sausage-no biscuits or gravy like other IHG sites. September 16, 2015
