Nice Place

Good location.
I stayed in an room that was supposed to be premium but it didn't seem any different than a standard room. Next time I will save the money and get the standard room with the standard rate.

The front desk has always been so courteous and nice. The room service superb, helpful in recommendations and timely delivery. I love the breakfast buffet and the Starbucks package ! Overall one of the best places to stay for the money. A very safe feeling environment.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza over New Year's and took part in their New Year's Eve party featuring the band Tragikaly White. The staff was top notch! David (at the front desk) gave us the warmest welcome we have ever received at any hotel. All of the staff was very friendly and informative. The room was clean and spacious with very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was really good and they have a Starbucks in the lobby! All of these things made the stay, itself, wonderful. The only complaints I had were with the actual party. The air conditioning was not turned on prior to the band starting to play, so the room was very warm, even before people started to arrive. (Thank goodness for the water station!) As the room filled up with people, it just got worse. Perhaps, not pre-cooling the room was an oversight, but not providing tables and chairs for the party goers? What?? I have never been to a party where I was expected to stand and hold my drink all night. Bottom line, due to the above mentioned issues with room temp and lack of seating, the quality of the party did not meet the quality of the hotel and staff.
