Very pleasant stay
By DDB Guru
I had a very nice, corner room, but as a Platinum IHG member, I was disappointed not getting at least access to the Club. I would like to highlight Oscar, the bartender, in the Tequila bar. He [More] was friendly, knowledgeable, and introduced me to my new favorite Tequila. [Less]
location
free airport shuttle arrived within just a few minutes and was clean and convenient, if you need to stay near the airport, this is the best location in the area. [Less]

2nd closest hotel to Guadalajara airport

Average hotel. Good premises. Close to airport but airport shuttle not very reliable. Breakfast was very poor. [Less]
Great location
By Cynmoon
The hotel is in a great location, our suite was nice and faced AV. Juarez. What could be better---the ice machine could be on, the coffee machine could come with coffee and our neighbors could lower [More] the TV volume. [Less]
Comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
By worldtravel23
Overall was a pleasant experience. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and centrally located with convenient access to the whole city. The only area that needed improvement is the [More] breakfast/restaurant - they were short staffed and took a long time to attend to me. I had to get up from my table a few times to get the waiters attention. Food selection also was a little limited and wait time at the egg station was little longer than expected. However i have stayed at this hotel before and it has always been good. It will still be my choice whenever i visit Guadalajara in the future. [Less]
Very central location
By renioc
The hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the cathedral, the location is unbeatable for a tourist. As for the hotel, some refurbishment should take place soon, in the rooms it looks like the [More] renovation has only taken place partially. It could be better, but quite a good option all in all.
