I was only at the hotel for one short overnight stay but my 'sleep time' was even shorter. It appeared that a wedding party was in progress outside by the pool area (with full music system and disco)
on the evening I arrived. My room overlooked the pool area and, as the windows don't appear to be even double glazed, I may as well have gone and joined the party as it was as noisy in my room as it was outside.
Music went off at midnight so I finally managed to get some sleep.....but, again due to the lack of any noise protection from the windows, I was again woken at 4am by the hundreds of birds that gather in the trees for their morning 'bird song'.
For the relatively expensive cost of one nights stay, I personally don't think that's good value for money, especially for the so called 'quality' I've come to expect from the Intercontinental brand [Less]
