Das HolidayInn Fareham ist ein ordentliches Hotel und entspricht dem, was man von einem HolidayInn erwarten kann.

room was clean and tidy: staff friendly and helpful. However the food was not up to our expectations and was expensive for what it was

I often stay at this hotel. The quality and service is consistently good backed up by excellent staff. My room was clean, comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered is also very good with plenty of choice of hot and cold options. I will undoubtedly stay here again and would recommend.

We were booked in for 2 nights so that we could take my dad to see the Mary Rose in Portsmouth for Fathers Day. Unfortunately, upon arrival my father was ill and remained so for the entire visit.
Diane, Caroline and the team couldn't have done more to help. They were speedy to react to the issues at hand, and made us feel really looked after. We were offered exceptional 5 star service and were able to make the best of a bad situation as a result.
I would recommend the Holiday Inn, Fareham to anyone wanting a relaxing stay where the team are first class. I will definitely return with my father to get him to the Mary Rose in the near future.
Thanks again and hopefully see you soon

This hotel was chosen for it's location. We were pleased with the room and the garden it overlooked. It made a good impression to have a well managed green area outside the window. The facilities were great, the food good and the staff helpful. The only improvement, offered sometimes by other hotels, would be a room safe

If you have walking or breathing problems beware, there is no lift and the corridors are stifling as there is no ventilation.
During our three night stay we had to keep asking for milk in our room and there was no spare toilet roll . There was also no toilet roll in the ladies at reception.
WiFi you have to pay for, which is a bit much as most other places it's free.

I have stayed at a number of hotels in the Fareham/Gosport area, but this it the one I would choose without question. It is situated near to the small village of Titchfield. The hotel is well managed, the staff are so friendly and professional and the hotel is so clean.
The rooms I have occupied have been spacious, clean and well maintained. On the one occasion I was booked into a "Easy Access" room, I was found a substitute the same evening when I mentioned it to reception. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
I will return when I can.
