To give a very subjective feedback on the basis of hoping the hotel getting better.
1.location is very good.
2.The interior is very nice.
3.The reception girl helped me checking in is very
helpful, even offer my breakfast.Also the young boy on 8 April was very good.
The housekeeping needs really to be improved.
1.the floor is quite dirty. Seem not really cleaned at all.
2. Dirty marks on the towel.
3. One glass had some juice mark which was from the previous guests I assume, not even cleaned. The other two had very greasy fingerprints.
4. There is an obvious mark not cleaned on the toilet sitting area.
5. Forgot to put a bag when cleaning the garbage on the first day.
Two problems with the facility in the room.
1. Fridge is not working, not cooling at all, flashing all the time. Asked hotel to fix it, not possible because there is no mechinc in the weekend. And not informing me until I asked again.
2. The flush in the toilet is very funny. If you don’t cover it, the water will even go to your face. Be aware.
3. The kitchen had some problem in the morning of 8th April because no one to fix this in weekend, which also affacted the breakfast.
I hope the management can see this review and really make an improvement. I would definitely want to go back again and hope by that time it reaches the Indigo standard. [Less]
