Hotel Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast choices. Pool area was good. Beds were loud and uncomfortable. Hotel was loud in the middle of the night. Didn't like being charged one price at check in then a couple days later the charge changed.

This new (just 1 yr old) property is truly great. The staff is accommodating and patient. We were there visiting as my wife was attending a conference. The hotel was the option for accommodations. The staff was patient with the check in's, handled all requests with a smile and even with a group of teens staying on the property all went well.
The locale is great, restaurant, retail & recreation options all within walking distance or no more than 10-20 minutes away.
Lastly, the shores of Lake Michigan are 15 minutes away from the property and is AMAZING!

My favorite aspect of staying at an IHG property is the consistency in great customer service and this location is no exception. Staff were very polite and helpful with any questions I had. This was a last minute stay for me, as a found myself getting a bit too far from home on a Saturday night, and to my surprise this stay ended being the highlight of my impromptu trip. For a second time I’ve chosen a Holiday Express Inn for overnight trips and would do it again in the future. This property is also close by to recreational areas and Grand Rapids, making it a great option for vacational stays. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I Was Checked Into A Dirty Room, the Desk fell down and broke almost falling on my daughter, the front desk lady proceeded to harass me about a noise complaint when all my guest were in bed and it was so much going on inside the hotel I Will Not Return That One Night Ruined Any Future Night I Did Think Of

Exceptional stay. This hotel looked and felt like luxury. The location is new and beautifully decorated. My accommodations were very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The front desk staff were excellent, but the room service could improve by focusing more on details. For instance, the towels appeared worn and past their prime, and there were oversights in replenishing toiletries like body wash and shampoo. Addressing these small touches would elevate the overall guest experience.

The location was great in Muskegon. It was next to Meijer, Culvers & Texas Roadhouse so very convenient for food. A mall was across the street with several good stores. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helped me out when I left something in the room after check out.

We were staying at The Holiday Inn as a result of a family member in the hospital, this hotel was extremely clean and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you very much for such a great stay during a hard time.
Wreaked of marijuana

Hotel wreaked of marijuana in lobby and throughout the hotel. Could smell it in our room. TV had a bright light on and off and squiggly line, hard to watch.
