Gem of a Hotel

We were impressed from the minute we walked in and Ashley at the front desk greeted us. The hotel smelled and looked new and pristine. Our room was great, and the breakfast was fresh, hot, and had plenty of variety. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a relatively new hotel with excellent personnel. My wife and I were very tired when we checked in and did not want to go back out for dinner. I called the front desk for restaurant recommendations. The woman staffing the desk did some research and called me back within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, there were no local restaurants which offered delivery. The complimentary breakfast was good in the fact it was not over-salted. My wife is hyper-sensitive to salt.

This hotel was a great find for my family as we traveled from central Kentucky to South Louisiana. We booked two rooms on the way south and loved it so much that we rebooked for our return trip. I have stayed at some IHG hotels that did not measure up to this one! The rooms are thoughtfully planned with plenty of lighting, charging ports, comfortable beds, linens and pillows, and the window shades look like art! The hotel common rooms were spotless as were our guest rooms. The pool was a nice place for my grandson to burn off some energy after a 7 hour car ride. And it was clean and well kept. The cherry on top was an amazing breakfast. Seriously good! Every staff member was polite and helpful. Kudos to Senatobia!

It has been a long long time that I have stayed in a hotel where I left and thought WOW that was absolutely the best hotel experience I have ever had. But this hotel was amazing, everything from staff friendliness, easy check in, hotel presentation, cleanliness of room, bathroom, lighting, quietness to the hot breakfast with a large selection to choose from, and the ease of checking out. The parking lot has plenty of light and the hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the interstate. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was not allowed early check in although I am a Platinum member.
I was also denied late check out as well.
Although I checked out on a Sunday and it was not busy at all that next day so I find it hard to believe they needed room

When we checked in on Friday late evening we were acknowledged upon arrival. They had all of our paperwork read which this was nice. Breakfast was excellent and the staff working made sure refill when food was getting low.

The lady who worked the breakfast bar (Kim) did an excellent job at making sure the breakfast bar was well stocked and was so kind. She always made my day with her big smile. The last morning i was there the pancake machine wasn't working right, kim made sure she got it working so i could gets some pancakes.Thank you Kim.
