When I made the reservation directly with the hotel, the person screwed it up. She made the reset for a week earlier than what I told her and I never was asked, nor received a confirmation number. We
have stayed at this particular hotel several times over the last 6 months for medical reasons. Iwe were very lucky that I called the day before our arrival to make sure we had a room because we didn’t! But there was one available. When we checked in, the hotel had filled up completely.
The desk people MUST remember to give confirmation numbers and be sure they are reserving for the proper nights. [Less]
