Perfect location, ideal comfort
By Avid traveller22
This hotel is in a perfect location - Lumpini Park across the street, night life behind you, train access steps away! All the comforts expected in a ihg hotel and exactly where you want to be to [More] explore Bangkok. Left to experience LeBua and really regret that decision. [Less]
Ok Hotel

Another great stay
By Michael 62
I stay here often as the hotel staff are excellent, rooms good quality and location very good. Khun Bee manager of the Club Lounge is wonderful. Ms's Oi and Lukgai wonderful. Ms Candi at Front Desk [More] excellent. The Lounge has a new menu that includes tapas style dishes and jamon ham off the bone. The wines are better now too. [Less]
Nice new hotel
By ftpjtm
This was my first stay at this property and I would highly recommend it. Excellent location, convenient to the Sky Train, and within walking distance to popular sections of the city. The hotel was [More] new, super clean, and efficient. Though most won't need it, the parking was easy, convenient, and plentiful. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Some more upscale hotels have better breakfast choices, but what they have here is more than adequate for a variety of tastes. A nice touch is a room with coin operated washers and dryers for do-it-yourselfers, although standard laundry service is offered as well. All in all a great stay and highly recommended. [Less]
A Good Hotel

Excellent stay for a low cost business
By Lev60
I stayed again at the hotel and also had three staff with me as we were running a confeernce locally. A number of our conference attendees stayed with us. They are doctors working int he region and [More] they all liked the hotel. It is central, close to transport, has breakfast, and internet and is clean and safe [Less]

Good for Business, not for Leisure
By Tjoeng francis
I did enjoy my stay here. The staff that was most helpful was Ploy who was the barista and the Chinese guy at the front desk. Ploy helped me print a map of direction to get to the HDF Mercy Relief [More] Centre. She wrote me a note and slipped it under my door. What I do not like about this place.... Well, the pathway from the BTS to this property is rather narrow and if you are going to the BTS in the morning or coming back to the property in the evening, you will experience difficulty walking seamlessly with lines of people at the bus stop in between the hotel and the BTS. This property is great if you work nearby. I stayed on the 16th floor in the Tonson Executive Room with a city view... but I could still hear the traffic noises. I'm fine with that but if you have a sensitivity for sound, avoid this side of the hotel. Gym was fantastic clean and with updated equipment. The pool... well only one of the sunbeds actually have sunlight as the pool has a shelter covering the sun beds... Not so ideal for tanning. If you love shopping, there are a few malls near the BTS especially if you are into luxury fashion. This property should organize their taxi lines better. Sometimes you are in a rush and you don't know who is before you. That being said, FYI, please don't take a taxi during peak hours (7-11am and 4-8pm) it's near impossible. [Less]
