The hotel is what I have come to expect from holiday inn. It’s clean, fresh and friendly. The restaurant attached is not the place to eat though. I will stay here again but eat down the street.[Less]

Walking distance to everything downtown. Very nice and clean hotel. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Rate was high even with a discount but because I had a discount breakfast was not included. For the[More] price paid breakfast would have been nice. Almost felt like I was being punished for getting a discount from being an auto club member by not giving us breakfast. Very odd. Several other hotels in the area so I may need to compare overall value before I book for my next visit. High marks on everything else.[Less]

Minor issue, no shampoo or conditioner in room but everything else was perfect[Less]
Can we have one thin pillow?
It would be really great if hotels such as yours would provide at least one pillow that's thin -- or at least an option to request one. Both my mother and I sleep best with thin pillows and it's hard[More] to deal with the fat pillows hotels always provide. When the pillows are so fat it hurts our necks.[Less]
