We have four family friendly Helsinki hotels, including central locations, a hotel at the exhibition centre and another at the city's Vantaa airport. So if you and your family are visiting the beautiful Finnish capital, you can choose to stay in the heart of the action or just a little further afield.
Situated at the edge of the Baltic sea, Helsinki was 2012's World Design Capital. It's easy to see why. The cutting edge architecture of the most modern buildings (including the Finlandia Hall) blends surprisingly well with more traditional structures, such as the beautiful city hall.
Helsinki is home to more than 30 museums and art galleries, including the Mannerheim Museum and the National Museum of Finland. The younger children in your family will be thrilled with the city's zoo and the Sea Life aquarium. We have a family hotel in Helsinki within one mile of Sea Life.
Make time to sample some of the city's shopping. Hakaniemi Market Square hosts a fantastic fruit and veg market, while Stockmann's Department store sells everything from books, to clothes and jewellery. The Itakeskus Shopping complex is another popular shopping spot.
Helsinki's Olympic Stadium is just over a mile from the centre of the city and plays host to concerts and sporting events. It's well worth a trip if your visit falls when there's an event taking place.
Whether you're visiting for a couple of days or much longer, we can make you right at home in one of our family hotels in Helsinki. Make the Finnish capital your next stop.

Smaller room than expected
Holiday Inn rooms I have visited so far tend to be on a bigger side. Here I was a bit surprised that room was smaller than usual, but I guess it was pretty standard size for hotels in Finland. Other[More] than that it was a comfortable stay. Location is a bit away from central parts of Helsinki, but easily accessible by public transport or taxi.[Less]
Check in was quick and easy. Free sauna after long day was wonderful.[Less]
Nice hotel with a "neighborly" atmosphere. Great staff, very friendly[Less]

Great hotel, good service, but a little expensive. Breakfast selection was good. Internet service excellent throughout the hotel. Rooms clean and modern.[Less]
Good Business Hotel
The hotel itself was modern, friendly service with helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The price was a bit high and could have included breakfast within the high[More] price but other than that it will be a hotel that will fit every business need and the staff are great support. Thanks for the great care.[Less]
