Our hotels in Helsinki put you in the heart of one of Europe's most walkable cities. Comfortable bed and great service.
By Amit80
I liked the services over all. I enjoyed the stay and interaction with staff. [Less]

The stay could be far better if there was better service from the staff. Service was below standards to what looked like a quiet hotel on sunday. There was never any staff visible at reception or [More] bar. Some cleanliness issues were also noted in the room and public areas. [Less]
Great Service

An excellent place for a business stop. Good clean and welcoming room of high spec. Breakfast can get quite busy at peak times and can be confusing with space limited. [Less]
That little spark

This is a prime example of a hotel just missing the mark - a great hotel but Club Lounge takes it down from a 5 to a 4. The Lounge wasn't staffed and the selection of food was very poor. If you want [More] jelly beans and nuts - great, but a little extra thought into the hot food would have gone a long way. [Less]

First Visit to Finland; Glad to have stayed
By Mimi_2_5
My 18 year old granddaughter and I travelled through Europe and I was delighted to have chosen the Crowne Plaza; so many 'quality' hotels we stayed in were less than that, but the Crowne Plaza met [More] our expectations and the staff were superior in making us feel comfortable. Our only difficulty occurred on a Sunday night when all the restaurants in the area were closed, but we were delighted to eat again in the hotel restaurant. I am 67 and both my teenager and I agreed that the hamburger we ordered (while admittedly probably the most expensive of my life) was the best either of us has ever eaten and well worth the cost! Other meals we had in the hotel were excellent as well. Location, which was a bit of a walk to town centre, was great as we saw many small boutique-y stores we might have missed. Plus, of course, walking as much as possible in Helsinki is pure delight! [Less]
Great service and friendly staff.

It's much nicer than a typical American Holiday Inn. You have the feeling you're in a luxury hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and the food and service in the [More] restaurant was excellent. [Less]
Stranded in Helsinki.
By Zitacuaro
Our train from Saint Petersburg had a five hours delay, so we missed our bus connection to Porvoo where we were going to stay. No Finish telephone chip and a bad working internet connection at the [More] train station, plus that it is impossible to reserve a hotel room for the same night after midnight. I walked across the street to the Holiday in which was full and was told that there where no hotel rooms available in Helsinki due to a music happening. It took a little convincing but the young lady started to look for rooms for us and came up with the Holiday Conv Ctr what is somewhat away from the center of town. We were happy to take this for us expensive but none smoking room. Upon our arrival I showed the extremely pleasant, and efficient young front desk clerk my membership and we were upgraded to a beautiful suite, something my wife really needed after our very long night travel from Russia. Good location for conference center
By Ba gia
Great convenience for attending a conference at the exhibition center, but quite a distance from the center of town. Attentive staff, great executive rooms on floor 8 and good sauna. [Less]
