You can easily reach Helsinki Airport from our hotel with a complimentary shuttle bus. From the airport, you can also continue to downtown Helsinki by bus, or now even by train! The Airport Retail Park close to our hotel offers numerous shops for guests who want to do some shopping. As the shops are located apart from each other, we recommend the use of your own cars or hotel bikes for shopping tours.

The medieval St.Lawrence Church is the oldest building in the greater Helsinki area. Dating from approx. 1450, it is a popular church for weddings and also the main church of the Tikkurila parish.

Until the opening of Helsinki Airport in 1952, it was the main airport in Helsinki and all of Finland. Today, the airport is still actively used for general aviation and flight training. It is still the second busiest airport in Finland after Helsinki Airport, as measured by the number of landings.
