Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by HIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT All I wanted was a relaxing night after a long drive with my family. I had to get two rooms due to the size of my party which was not a problem at all. I was hoping to sleep well and get up early to get to our final vacation destination. We got in late so we got a bite downstairs in their restaurant, this was a Friday night, after being seated the waitress informed us that they were very under staffed, She had a full bar and most of the tables were filled in the restaurant and it was only her and one cook. The cook had to come out constantly to help her out. That left know one in the kitchen to prepare the meals. This dinner took over 3 hours, not to say that all portions were very small, not worth what I had to pay. After I went to bed, I had to get up every time one of my sons or my wife used the bathroom. I had to fix the toilet so the the water wasn't constantly running and it would flush. The soap dishes in the shower had such a build up of soap scum underneath them that it was all black or it may have just been mold not sure either way it was discussing. Will NEVER visit again and not to sure about the chain as well. Lastly, the icing on the cake, after mentioning the problems to the staff I was told that I would be compensated a point value back which work out to about $6.30. THANKS SO MUCH HIG! April 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super employees We were treated courteously and kindly and efficiently. My husband and I are old and beginning to look a bit frail, and the staff made every effort to assist us during our stay. We were offered help with our bags at checkin, seated quickly when we went into the dining room, and we were even helped with our little overnight bags when we left the next morning. We had one slight problem, which was resolved quickly and in a better fashion than I would have anticipated. April 18, 2015
