Comfortable hotel for business traveler. The hotel met all my needs and provided a comfortable nights sleep...which is what it's designed for.

This hotel was under construction while we were there, but we weren't disturbed by any noise. The breakfast area was crowded and the buffett in the hallway. As with most Holiday Inns, it seems pricey for breakfast but was convenient.

Terrific hotel, great amenities, excellent location (close to many dining establishments and the mall), and shopping, and the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend it :)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by PRETZMB Best Catering Staff Ever!
My daughter had her wedding reception at this Holiday Inn in April of 2016. The staff was wonderful and saw to our every need. The food was exceptional and the staff, from the wedding planner, Kaitlyn, to the kitchen and catering staff were professional and saw to every need. They worked to save us money, helped with ideas for lighting, table décor, and making our buffet something that met the needs of all of our guests. Throughout the event, they checked with me and my daughter, to make sure that the event was meeting our desires. The rooms for our guests were newly refurbished and looked great. Check in was easy and all was ready for us. I work in the service industry and have to say, that even I was surprised by the professionalism of the staff. There was a large semi final WinterGuard event being held in the area the same night as our reception. Every room in our hotel was filled with teenagers. The staff worked hard to make sure that this large group did not disrupt my daughters wedding . I am in awe of this endeavor. I do
not normally choose Holiday Inn but this experience made me a believer and loyal fan. Thank you for giving us an exceptional experience.

Had a very enjoyable time -- construction work in the bar/restaurant was not optimal -- but the room was great and the pool was excellent.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by GeoL A heads up is nice
I appreciate that the property is upgrading. The lobby was a bit of a disaster with a blue wall surrounding what would be the restaurant but it would be nice if there was some heads up about situations like that prior to booking.
More bothersome than the lobby was the breakfast buffet. I guess due to the restaurant being redone, the breakfast was in a ballroom hidden in the back. No real signs, just me wandering around the blue construction wall lobby until I found it.
I don't know if there was a huge rush before I got there (about 8 AM# but the black table cloths were dirty and askew. The buffet consisted of warming trays with typical breakfast fare - scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Except the warming part was kind of forgotten. What was left of the tray of eggs was cold and unappealing. The sausage looked like it had been cooked and then someone decided to punish it by cooking it again. The bacon was so "crisp" #read as overcooked) that it shattered when you went to pick it up with the tongs.
More upsetting was breakfast turned into some sort of weird Easter egg hunt. First I had to find someone in the back to bring out plates. I had to wander other tables to find a wrapped set of cutlery. Coffee was at the far end of the room and tepid. The juices were down to apple juice and 1/2 a carafe of cranberry juice. not chilled on ice. Since there were no glasses to be found, I had to use a to go coffee cup for the juice.
If you're not prepared to do food service - don't just wait till you upgrade the lobby and move on.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by traveller951 Hotel was under renovation
- The hotel was comfortable, but it was a disappointment that the restaurant was under renovation. After travelling all day I was hoping to relax at the hotel without having to leave, but was unable to do that.
- Also, the blankets were very thin and I had to raise the heat in the room in order to stay warm.

My son and I came to the area to visit the Air Force Museum and needed a hotel. The Holiday Inn provided a nice place to stay at a good price. The food was good and the front desk was helpful. They were doing some construction, however the construction didn't bother us one bit.
