Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Decent, but not worth the price paid
The room was relatively clean, but very outdated and very small. There were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working very well. There was some mold in the shower. I didn't necessarily find these things worth complaining about, but I would not pay the same amount to stay in this hotel again-- definitely NOT worth the price paid. Next time, I will choose a different hotel.

Upon check in I was given very automated response given my hotel room key told to take the elevator and our room would be up there somewhere. Another guest showed me where to find the luggage trolley. I still really do not know much of what the hotel offered. I did not feel welcomed at all. The carpet on our floor and room was dirty the lobby of hotel was all polished our floor and room was dingy. The bathroom door was peeling and falling apart. The air conditioner barely cooled the room. I could have gotten a room down the road for 50.00 savings with free breakfast which this hotel does not offer but does have restaurant but do not know what it served never saw anyone in it. Never wasted a reward night like I did on this hotel or pay for a night as I did. Very disappointed. I have used my reward nights and had great experiences this was not one of them

Room was warm and never would cool down even though air set to 60. The pool was dirty and I didn't feel comfortable letting my kids swim.

The main areas of the hotel is beautiful and has been updated but the mattresses and bathrooms need some love along with air conditioning unit. We were very close to all the Pigeon Forge fun and the restaurant in the hotel was delicious. Wifi needs upgrading, never could get the "free" Wifi in our room. Downstairs in lobby it worked great!

Although located in a great location and the staff was excellent, the care of this hotel was disappointing. The tub needs repair, the carpet was dirty, the curtains were stained and the bathroom door had been damaged by an animal. My question is why am I paying for a room that needs repair?

This Holiday Inn is very inviting. Nice, well lit parking lot and clean lobby area. Staff very polite and helpful. Loved the cozy little seating areas through out. The restaurant looked good, but we did not eat on site. Complimentary coffee conveniently located was nice. However, I was very disappointed in housekeeping issues in our room. The carpet was stained, furniture very dusty, bathroom door and decorative wall paper peeling and the bathtub was not clean. (The bed was clean and comfortable with lots of pillows). We always look for a Holiday Inn when traveling because we can depend on the quality. This one is the exception. Not sure what is going on - but will not stay here again and would hesitate to recommend it to friends.
