Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great location. Old Mattress. Dirty Hallways. We have stayed at this location for several car shows for several years. This year the hallways were dirty, the carpet was buckled, the mirror frame in the bathroom had pulled apart and the mattress was worn out. This hotel was one of our favorites and someone is no longer keeping it clean and beautiful. The breakfast was still the same and very good. Staff was also still helpful and friendly. Please make this location clean and beautiful again! Best location in Pigeon Forge. Can walk to restaurants and shops. April 26, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TIME TO UP DATE NICE LOCATION. LOBBY AND HALLS NICE, ROOM NEEDS MAJOR UP-DATES. MATRESS WAS WELL WORN AND NEEDS A REPLACEMENT. AIR COND NOISE EXCESSIVE. BEDS WERE TWO DOUBLE AND NOT QUEEN AS REQUESTED. WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS WAS PUT ON HOLD AN DROPPED SEVERAL TIMES, TOOK 4 TRIES TO GET A RESERVATION. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was rather rude and amenities non-functional I have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Pigeon Forge last year around the same time of year and it was a much more pleasant experience that this stay. While I reserved a roll out bed last year and it was in the room upon arrival, this time the staff stated they did not have one available and were rather rude about trying to find one, with the only one left being broken. They then stated that my two kids, 15 year olds could sleep in the same bed? Not good for them. The hot tub was broken, games didn't work, the A/C heater was not working properly and the dining staff were slow to wait on guests and even went so far as to take my credit card so I could pay but did not return to the table with my check and card for 15 minutes stating she forgot. It was not the best experience this time. Holiday Inn may want to consider some changes. The only good thing was that it was close for walking places. April 12, 2016
