Our stay was truly memorable due to the outstanding service at every touchpoint. Upon arrival, the doorman promptly opened the door and handled our luggage. The front desk reception was exceptionally warm, and we appreciated the personal touch of being escorted to our room for a full orientation. The professionalism and enthusiasm were evident across all departments. The breakfast spread was remarkable; it surpassed our experience at The Regent Chongqing, which is high praise indeed!

上周末带着孩子入住，前台能够迅速识别会员，我们一抵达就感受到了贴心服务，提前电话联系升级了房间，房间布置温馨且儿童用品齐全，孩子兴奋得手舞足蹈。酒店整体环境雅致大气，绿植与艺术装饰相映成趣，大堂弥漫着淡淡的香氛，让人瞬间放松。从入住到离店处处感受到细致服务，退房时还赠送了孩子小礼物。酒店绝对值得再次打卡，已经计划下次生日再来体验啦！
