InterContinental Presidente in Puebla was great. From the appearance on the exterior, to the check-in process and appearance of the lobby, it was great. Service was very good and rooms were clean. Super comfy bed and friendly staff

Everyone I talked to was happy and generous. They were sweet about my attempts to speak in Spanish, funny, helpful l and genuine. After telling them it was my birthday I found a plate of chocolate [More] covered strawberries in my room! My only complaint is that one evening there was a lot of noise to do elevator repair, which continued late into the night despite a call to the front desk. Other than that, I felt like I was staying with a new, loving family :) [Less]

My wife, kids and I really enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. The kids swam their hearts out while mom relaxed in the room, and dad worked out in the gym then joined them in the pool. Afterwards, we [More] hang an outstanding breakfast. The breakfast alone would have ran us about half what we paid for the stay. It seems that Holiday Inn Express really has their stuff together. We had only one problem in our last stay; our room smelled of cigarettes, but we were accommodated in another room in less than 10 minutes. We really can't complain. [Less]
