The Air conditioning can be a bit loud and annoying at times, but that is very minor to the overall experience. Facility is kept clean and it really was a seamless in and out experience. May 15, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Extraordinary Service You receive better service at the Fresno Holiday Inn Express than at some 5-star hotels and resorts. For example, when I had to leave for the airport at 5:20 am on a Sunday morning, the staff made certain I had hot choices for breakfast, even though breakfast did not officially begin until 7:00 am. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by reliable and comfortable great place, i have been staying here for the past 4 years when I visit Fresno...2-3x per year. staff is great, rooms are comfy...the only minor complaint I have is that the bathroom door automatically shuts and it gets steamy in there after a shower. A door stop in the room would be a great addition. it's a very safe hotel as well, which is important and not listed as one of the Guest Experience Rating criteria. January 2, 2013

Many thanks to your fantastic staff who were more than accommodating. Nothing was ever a problem and all staff were so friendly and ever so helpful. This was our second stay and I have recommended other family members as well to the hotel and they have also been thrilled with the hotel's facilities and great service. Really close to SaveMart Center if you are visiting to see show at the arena. Very close to nice shopping center. Was a little disappointed though that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room.
