Suite Kitchen

Like I have already said need paper plates and cups would make a person feel more safe. Because you don't know if the person before you ran them through the dish washer or just rinsed them out and [More] put in cabinet. [Less]

Comfortable accommodations

The room was nice. The air conditioner was a little loud when turning on and off. The breakfast area was not very clean. None of the tables had been wiped off. We did that ourselves. The eggs all [More] had cheese. It would be nice to have plain eggs. All the bananas were extremely ripe, too. Liked that I could purchase a frozen dinner and had a microwave in my room to cook it. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful and accommodating. [Less]

The Visit

I enjoyed everything about this hotel except that it was a bit to far from the action of Downtown. Next time I stay in Chattanooga I will stay downtown and only because it is in walking distance from [More] the places I want. [Less]
Great service and very relaxing room
By Roger2535
The personnel checking were very friendly and greeted me and informed me of the breakfast service in the morning, internet access information on the room key holder. The room was a king size bed [More] which was very comfortable with plenty of pillows to relax and watch TV. The desk area had easy access to plug ins for the computer, cell phone recharging without having to crawl under the desk to plug in. The breakfast selection was very good, with hot foods, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravey, hot and cold cereals, fruit and pastries, along with the signature hot cinnaimum rolls. [Less]
Great stay and customer service
By MJBLB53
We stopped at the Chattanooga Holiday Inn Express on our back to Maine - we had our 3 grandchildren with us - had reserved a room with 2 queen beds - on check in the front desk kindly upgraded our [More] room to a family suite. It was greatly appreciated. The staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. [Less]
1/4 mile from I75 so no interstate traffic noise!
By PUPete
Great location as it is 1/4 mile off of I75 and therefore you can't hear the traffic. The staff was very friendly. But parking is limited and difficult to wheel luggage cart to the front door as you [More] have to go down and hill and make a turn. Also, the room carpet was dirty. But even with those things, I'd say 4 star. [Less]
