Waiting for call back.
Our experience at the hotel was great. The only problem I have been having is since I left the hotel. I have called twice in regards to leaving my phone charger and sweatshirt. The first call was
made just hours after I left. The second call was the day after. I was forwarded to housekeeping, left messages explaining everything and asked for someone to return my call. It has now been five days, still no call. Monday we will be calling the hotel manager. [Less]
