Clean comfortable beds, friendly professional staff and an overall up scale feel are the highlights of this property. Nice large TV with a crisp clean picture. Outlets, both power and USB are [More] everywhere you need them. It may seem like a small thing to others, but they had the correct color spectrum LED bulbs giving the room a warm feel instead of sterile. Beautiful decor outside and inside gives very pleasant overall experience. The only disapointment was breakfast. The food was fine but is what most others offer complimentary. Also, there are limited menu options if you choose not to eat from the buffet. Fresh oatmeal and a quality heathy choice would be nice [Less]

This was a stopover hotel for us. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out every employee we came in contact with was exceptional. The front desk people were fantastic. The [More] breakfast servers went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our room was spacious and clean, as was our bathroom. Asheville Stay At a Lower Price

We love to visit Asheville often and wanted a hotel that offered and OUTDOOR pool. Happy to find this Holiday Inn with good enough location, amenities and price. Front desk staff friendly. Pool [More] area was not in the best conditions. Worn, dirty and small outside area was disappointing compared to internet pictures. Lots of noise outside from being very close to highway. Room was comfortable and kept very clean by housekeeping!! Wine and service from bar was subpar at best. Didn't try other food. Charging $$ for breakfast buffet seems unreasonable with what you pay for room. [Less]

I love this hotel and plan to return but I would like an explanation as to why I didn't get back my deposit. I don't really care that much is only 25 dollars. But still....also one of the servers in [More] thevery morning was crabby and never came back to our table, could have done without that. But this was one out of four times I've visited and I'll be coming back. [Less]
