After stays at several brands of IHG properties that were less than impressive, I was resigned to not finding any IHG properties, outside of the Intercontinental hotels, that would provide
satisfactory customer service. So with trepidation I awaited my reservation booked at the Holiday Inn Express near the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
