Good value if you need to be close to CDG but still want access to Paris via metro. Clean comfortable rooms, firm beds. Breakfast at €18.00 is very overpriced, and the coffee on the table is the [More] worst I've been offered anywhere in western Europe. Other than that it is a good value if you need to be close to CDG. [Less]

Nice Hotel, but check if your breakfast is included in the price quoted

Very well situated hotel, next to Metro 9 entrance. Many restaurants and bars within 500 metre. Only problem experienced is that I booked the hotel with breakfast by selecting the breakfast [More] option, that added an amount to the bill. When I checked out, I was informed that "breakfast was not included". I complained and the breakfast was not added to the bill, so well done Holiday Inn! But I also booked for a business colleague, again selecting the breakfast option . I took a snapshot of the quote that clearly showed breakfast included and the total for 3 days. That evening leaving for the airport I paid the bill for the business colleague that was leaving the next day, but breakfast was added and I had to pay additional. I again complained, even showed the quote with breakfast included. This time a different person and a no-go, I had to pay the breakfast! So be very careful when you book or prepay, I would actually advise that you book without breakfast, there is clearly a problem with the IHG booking when breakfast is included. [Less]
Amazing staff. Nice hotel.

The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is located in a quiet area, well lit with walking/jogging paths around. It is about an 8 min [More] walk to the nearest subway station, but it takes you past some cafes and bakeys. I just wish there was an airport shuttle. It would have made it much easier than trying to get our luggage theough the subway system during the morning "rush hour." [Less]
