Featured Glasgow Hotels

Get to know the city like a true Scotsman when you stay at one of our Glasgow hotels near the city center, theatre district, or airport.
Glasgow is Scotland’s largest city, and one of the largest in the U.K. Its bustling metropolitan center is located on the River Clyde and is an important seaport.
From an early Christian site of the 6th century to a wealthy and influential bishopric, Glaswegians saw their city grow in prestige and power through its international trade of commodities like linen. Sparked by the Scottish Enlightenment and the Industrial Revolution, Glasgow’s fortunes exploded on the world scene, with active trade in almost every sector and a vibrant shipbuilding economy. Today, the city combines up-to-the-moment culture with stately architecture and a true sense of fun.
The modern shape of the Clyde Arc Bridge is unmistakable in Glasgow’s skyline, while the City Chambers building dominates its own section of the city with Victorian stateliness. Medieval Glasgow Cathedral and Merchant City provide excellent destinations for sightseeing and entertainment. The Merchant City rewards pedestrians with countless pubs and restaurants, and its central location near the riverside and Glasgow Green means that you can continue to enjoy Glasgow’s unique sites after your break.
It’s easy to get to know Glasgow’s range of museums and cultural opportunities - nearly all of them are free! The Riverside Museum makes the most of its picturesque location on the river to showcase a collection relating to transportation, while the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum exhibits everything from artistic
masters to suits of armor. Taste the local whiskey at Glengoyne before donning your party clothes for an evening out at the Scottish Ballet or National Theatre.
Glasgow makes a serious rival for London in terms of the breadth and uniqueness of its retail. Packed with independent record stores and the Style Mile area directly in the town center, every quirky and up-to-the-minute trend is available for those in the know. Buchanan Street has all the large brands you could wish for, while remaining pedestrian-friendly, and the unique Argyll Arcade attracts with its window displays of precious jewelry and diamonds. Truly all shoppers can find something to cherish in Glasgow.
Glasgow is a wonderful destination for golfers, as its famed Loch Lomond and Gleneagles courses can attest. The city is also home to powerhouse soccer teams, as well as a devoted rugby tradition. Catching a match guarantees that you’ll feel like a local for the day.
With frequent trains to London and other U.K. destinations, as well as its international airport and efficient urban transportation system, Glasgow is an easy city to navigate.
Get to know the depth of Scotland’s past when you stay in one of our Glasgow hotels. We put our guests first, and after experiencing our hospitality, comfort, and value, you’ll be prepared to book your return visit to Glasgow in no time.

Leisure break in Stirling
By Georgina66
We were due to stay in Stirling for only 4 days, but on the last day I had an accident and ended up in Falkirk Hospital with my leg in plaster! All the staff at the Holiday Inn Express, Stirling [More] went out of their way to help my husband in any way they could, which made his extended stay all the more bearable. All the staff, in our eyes, are STARS, and we'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. [Less]
Friendly Staff

Hotel was very nice and staff lovely and friendly. We had a view of Stirling Castle and Wallace Monument from our bedroom. Breakfast could have had more variety. The fruit was tinned peaches which [More] I don't think is a breakfast food. [Less]

Quality room - will return!
By shozzala
We only paid for a standard room but the quality of the room was so impressive, it was like having an upgrade. Decor lovely, beds very comfortable. It was a little warm but turned on the a/c ( a [More] little noisy) and it quickly became the right temperature for me. Liked everything about the room, hotel and staff, position to the Hydro. Had the perfect overnight experience. Would definitely return and recommend! [Less]
the best cure for feeling low !
By stripitdown
my friend is very unwell at the moment and having therapies for a cancer related condition. this night was to cheer her up. we had dinner at the bar and drinks as well as staying overnight with [More] breakfast. The staff made our night. They were fabulous without exception. The young people at the bar and within the restaurant were so attentive and caring. I had mentioned about my friend to them and they couldn't have done more for us. In particular, Francesca, Joanne, Cheryl, Stephen were names that come to mind for being outstanding. Thanks guys !! Beds and check-in
By Bidle
My friend and I found the mattresses and pillows too firm which was not at all comfortable. Had very little sleep. More staff needed at check-in desk as guests are tired after travelling and don't [More] want to stand in a queue waiting for their key card. [Less]
