We have been staying at this same location for years, multiple times per year, the only thing I would like to change is in previous visits, management has gone above and beyond to give us the best [More] possible rates, due to the amount of time we stay. [Less]
Lovely area and helpful staff
By malnico
This hotel, staff and management were extremely helpful and understanding during our experience with force 4 Hurricane Matthew . The hotel was pleasant with friendly staff and front desk. We did [More] decide to evacuate once the official order was given, but the treatment received by staff was excellent and helpful. Would recommend this hotel. [Less]
Wishing for a longer stay
By AJ.Florida
My husband and I stayed at the St Augustine for a single night, and wished we had been able to stay longer. For the first time ever, I didn't need to ask for extra towels as there were plenty already [More] available in the room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and responsive to my request for extra coffee. We plan to visit St Augustine again, and will definitely be staying at this hotel! [Less]

I stay at this location every time I come to the east coast of Florida. It has always been satisfactory and I will continue to stay with them each time I visit. Their staff has always been great! [Less]
relaxing stay

The room was very clean and quiet. We were on the fourth floor. The beds and pillows exceeded our expectations. Loved the complimentary spring water bottles in mini fridge. I was happy to see [More] the keurig coffee maker in room as well as the microwave. Wifi was excellent. [Less]
Very nice rooms and fantastic employees.

The rooms are immaculate. The beds and pillows are top of the line. Looking into buying a Sealy pillow top mattress for my own bed and already ordered two Holiday Inn pillows on line. Best night's [More] sleep ever. The staff was very accommodating changing our room preference. The breakfast bar was clean. Food was delicious and plentiful. Nice feature saving at least $20.00 a day. Would definitely recommend this hotel. [Less]

Hurricane Matthew 'Shelter'
By yorkiemom5
I live on a barrier Island in Northeast Florida. We were under a mandatory evacuation order for Hurricane Matthew.I made a reservation on 10/5/16.I called the morning of 10/6 to confirm since there [More] were many areas that were under evacuation orders.I was told a room was waiting for me & I could check in before 3:00 PM. I told the front person that evacuation of the Island was starting at 6:00 AM & that I needed to leave soon. She told me to come right down & check in. I got to the hotel at 9:00 AM & was warmly welcomed by a young lady at the Front Desk. She told me that this was her 1st check-in transaction. Sorry that I didn't get her name, she was delightful & really helped my anxiety level drop. The hotel played host to evacuees from a retirement home, so the lobby & meeting room areas quickly filled up with residents and medical staff. 2 staff members who really went above & beyond were Antonio and Courtney. They worked tirelessly throughout the storm & were pleasant & accommodating under very difficult conditions.
