Good location
By Jenn
The location was good for dining an shopping, also have event planned in Henrietta the following day, thought about staying a second night for a chance to use the pool. But we just had too much going [More] on through the weekend. We will definitely stay at this location in the future. Really liked how we were treated at the front desk. [Less]
Nice hotel
By Mamoo
We spent one night at this hotel. The front desk clerk was very nice. Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Room was comfortable. Not sure why but housekeeping left a partially used bottle of lotion [More] from the previous person so it was thrown away immediately. The pool and hot tub we very nice. Hot tub could have been warmer and they definitely need better/larger towels in the pool area. The breakfast was the same as always, but the food was not very warm. Hotel was not real busy so they should have put out less food at a time and replaced it more often with fresh product. They really need to update the rooms with smart TV's that you can watch Netflix and such off of. The cable TV stations are pretty lousy. [Less]
