Featured Madrid Hotels

We have fifteen Madrid family hotels across the Spanish capital. So whatever you've got planned on your next family trip, we can accommodate you within easy reach of the major attractions.

Madrid is a city of many sights, steeped in history. Wander around and take in famous landmarks including the Palacio de Cibeles and the Royal Palace of Madrid. The city also houses almost 50 museums, including the Naval Museum, Museum of Costume and the Bullfighting Museum.

If you fancy a shopping trip, look no further than El Corte Ingle, a huge department store. There are a number of other mainstream brands and retailers within walking distance. If, on the other hand, you fancy splashing the cash and indulging in some exclusive designer brands, then go to the Salamanca District. The city also hosts a number of flea markets with vintage specials, bargains and one offs.

Football fans need no introduction to Real Madrid, who play their games at the city's Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. In the same city, Atlético Madrid play at the Vincente Calderón Stadium. Even if you can't catch a game, a stadium tour at either will be a hit with the whole family.

You can fly direct to Madrid from most major UK airports, including London Airports, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Cardiff. The Spanish high speed rail network also connects the capital with other major Spanish cities and other European ones too.

So, join us at one of our Madrid family hotels and we'll make you right at home here in the beautiful Spanish capital.

Excellent Staff: specifically Catalina :)
By Mish01
So i booked this hotel because of the 5k pointsbreak. I wasn't expecting much as it is a holiday inn express but there are some flaws to this property. Their king size bed is super small, i think its [More] a full size. Our first room the door room casing literally fell off lol we had to move to a different room and that includes the non working heater too. The room that we moved to was pretty much the same lay out. Ok so the good points. It as a very affordable hotel and with the 5k points not bad at all. The train is 7minutes walk i think. Close to a shopping center for shopping. Not much good restos in the area though, except for the one beside the property. Will we stay here again? Probably no and yes. Yes if it was a pointsbreak and their staff named Catalina. She is one the best front desk staff i have ever encountered on our travels. She always have a solution to our concerns. She even lend us her own heater in the office so my 20mos old baby won't freeze. She is very helpful and friendly really genuine personality. I think IHG should look into her performance and promote her to a manager or even higher role. I am a business owner as well and for me, personality is something you cant teach to anybody. So if you have this and you are a hardworker then you are special. So yes please promote her! So all the staff will follow her work ethics :) [Less]
Handy stop off
By Bee 1
Near motorway for ease of stop off downside was some outside noise in the bedroom but we expected this as we have stayed several times before. The staff were helpful and arranged an early [More] breakfast and alarm call as we had to be at the airport very for an early flight. [Less]
Good service

Arrived late and left early in the morning, so not long to appreciate all the facilities at this hotel. I was comfortable and the staff were efficient. [Less]

Nice relaxing stay
By DT12
The location of the hotel is great, train station is right on the doorstep, 10 minutes to the town and 45 minutes direct to Madrid Airport. Hotel staff were very friendy and helpful with all our [More] questions. Unfortunately, we couldnt have dinner at the restaurant as they didn't open until 8pm so ended up at the pub across the street which wasn't very nice for the kids but for anyone who wanted a drink I suppose it would have been ok. Would definitely stay again. [Less]
Holiday Inn Leganes

Great hotel. Clean friendly staff. A bit far from local restaurants etc but hotel itself highly recommended. We had two kids with us and staff were fantastic. [Less]
Very relaxing and clean.
By Nicholas50
The hotel is well sign posted if you walk from the train station. Is in a quiet area and is exceptionally clean. All the staff are very helpful and when we had emence problems printing off our [More] boarding pass, Laura on reception pulled out all the stops and did much more than she needed to, to resolve our problems. It would be nice to watch an English language cable channel such as the news, however we didn't travel to Madrid just to watch the television. Overall though we had a fantastic few days. [Less]

By moss79
