Incident 1. - Loss of Business Card in Taxi - DAVE I had a wonderful experience with your Front Desk Manager Dave.. We requested for a Taxi for our Business meeting and Dave was kind enuf to see us [More] to the Taxi He was extremely hospital. My husband lost his Card Holder in the Taxi and we immediately contacted Dave to assist us in contacting the Taxi to bring to our Meeting Venue. This was so well coordinated and my husband was so happy to get Card holder as it was a very important meeting and the Biz Card was important for us. Amazingly wonderful !! Incident 2 - Knocking Sound at Upper Level - RAY We contacted Front Desk Ray to inform that we had just checked in after a long flight and the knocking sound was very irritable. This hotel is a great choice if you need to stay in Shenzhen at average budget and require service in English. Also, rooms have windows and they are clean which is not always a standard in China.... [More] Public transportation is not very close so about 15 min walk to nearest subway stop. However, taxis are available in front of the hotel.
