Amazing service
By Wade Hampton Girl
I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express facilities, but this one is outstanding. It was my first stay here, and I was most impressed. The customer service was terrific. The manager himself [More] unloaded my car and helped me with everything. I'm handicapped, and this was especially appreciated. I was in Greenville for a family wedding, and everyone just went out of their way to give me a wonderful experience. They looked for ways to help and provided additional services like getting me a taxi to the wedding, late checkout, offering to fix a plate at breakfast etc. My room was clean and fresh, and I appreciated the extra amenities in the bath (like bath gel) and using Bath [Less]
