The hotel is quite good for leisure, especially for people like quiet environment and relax theirselves. It is quite close Tai lake, and view is nice, if you book a room facing to lake. The dinner of buffet also is recommended.

services shall be better if more and more peaon reserve room especially some guys choose it several times.
For now, the service for elite member is badder than ever which means there are tremendous psychological gap

抵达体验不错，套房和酒店环境也可圈可点，但当晚发现床头紧靠电梯井，一晚上听着电梯的上上下下，开门关门，机器的轰鸣，无法入睡，次日投诉后给了一个标间过度，然后说是免掉升房的费用，第二天出行下午两点多回到房间竟然发现没有打扫，匪夷所思，投诉后也就安排了一个人过来简单搞了一下，说是太忙了人手不够…无语，CO的时候前台给的账单显示只免了第二晚升房的费用，和之前沟通的不符合，宝宝睡着了要赶路也就不罗嗦了。总之是一次五味杂陈的度假旅途。
