I have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this hotel rates at the top with all the best. The staff could not have been
better, and that means everyone from the manager to the cleaning ladies. [More] Tiny comment; I loved that I had a choice
between a soft pillow or a firm pillow. I chose the soft one. Ahhh, such comfort!![Less]
Excellent hotel on the quiet side of town

This hotel is conveniently located near I-15, Nellis AFB, and LV Motor Speedway. The area is a little industrial, but it feels more safe than being downtown. The accommodations were above par, very[More] clean and well maintained. The Staff was pleasant and efficient, and gladly helped me with receipts at the end of my stay. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, each day having a different well-made menu. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the North of Las Vegas.[Less]

Above and Beyond
Extremely helpful staff at this hotel.
They went above and beyond to meet my needs. The hotel was impressively clean. A welcome treat after some of the hotels I have stayed in recently. It felt like[More] it was brand new it was so clean.
Breakfast was fantastic. Scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes to start. No continental breakfast here, just good food It was like eating in a restaurant.
Thank you to all involved in making this hotel a great place to stop over. I have put it on my list as a must return when I come back to this area.
I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who helped me at the front desk. She deserves a high five for her help with local sights to see and directions.
I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere clean and friendly.[Less]

Nice Hotel and Room but no Hot water
Room was clean and spacious. The check in experience was okay but I did not get recognized. Breakfast was good and well kept. The big thing was that we did not have hot water in the room. When I[More] brought it up upon check out the answer I received was that the issue was "beyond" the front desk clerk.[Less]
Comfortable bed and great service
I had a great experience from the time I arrived, until my departure. They even have a "happy hour" for their "manager meeting". The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff was warm[More] and friendly. Parking was available, and free. I look forward to my next stay here.[Less]
