Lisa at the front desk went above & beyond in making sure we had everything we needed! The room was outstanding. Just wish that we could have stayed longer. We will be back & would recommended the[More] Palazzo at the Venetian Resort to anyone.

Very Nice Room - Zero Elite Member Perks
By Cheme101
The rooms at the Palazzo are extremely nice. One of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was posh and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Vegas. You really can't beat the[More] property either. You will feel like a high roller even if you aren't.
Just a note. We tried the phone check in with virtual keys. The room keys on the phone didn't work, so we had to check in with the desk anyway. We were told it is unreliable and should always get physical key cards.
My real issue is with IHG Rewards. I have been a Diamond Elite (previously Spire Elite) for many years. I exclusively use their branded hotels. I booked this room on points. I don't know what I was expecting, but I didn't expect a room on the 23rd floor overlooking a parking garage. So while the interior of the room was great, nothing else about it was. Its like IHG is saying, "Your getting a room on points, so just be happy with whatever you get." Plus there are apparently no member perks at this hotel at all - not even a bottle of water. This is really the first time I have regretted spending all these years as a loyal customer. Because of this and a few minor annoyances, I am seriously considering going with some other hotel program.[Less]
Love this hotel

Lovely all suite hotel. Palazzo is a longer walk to much of the strip than the Venetian, so something to consider.[Less]
Quiet and relaxing stay

We came for the Taylor Swift concert and it was such a great place to stay. It was just far enough away to relax and enjoy some piece and quiet while we recharged in between activities. The place is[More] super clean and everyone is really friendly. The breakfast was good and the close proximity to the railroad Pass Casino is a huge plus![Less]
Midway stop on way to Phoenix
By GTDrake
This was a stopping point for us. The hotel was new and was very quiet. Bed was comfy and the bathroom had nice products. The entire room, the entire hotel was really nice, clean and modern. We were[More] very comfortable there. You never know what you are going to get with a hotel breakfast but Holiday Inn Express had yummy eggs, saugage and bacon, and other choices were available. Coffee was excellent!!! I had a few cups, so good!!! It was a great stay![Less]
