One year on, still a great experience
By EriClair
We booked our room online, and specified our preferences regarding the room placement (away from elevator, not on ground floor, 2 Queen beds, etc.) and everything was waiting for us exactly as [More] requested when we checked in. We had stayed there last year during the Fort McMurray fire evacuation, and had loved it, and this time, the experience was exactly the same. The check-in/check-out was very efficient, with the staff being very friendly. Housekeeping was also very efficient and the only one tiny thing we could complain about was that the towels were a bit aged, but that was no big deal. The free breakfast was a nice touch, even though the selections were not too rich. All in all, we were very satisfied with the stay, and will definitely be returning to the hotel during our stays in Edmonton. [Less]
